TRADEX is a trading workspace, not a broker or investment adviser. Its tools are intended to help users organize research and trading workflows. They do not guarantee profitable results or remove market risk.
Trading tools and calculations
TRADEX provides tools for trade planning, position and risk calculations, price monitoring, alerts, trading journals, PropFirm rule tracking, and backtesting. Results depend on the values and assumptions entered by the user. Before acting, check instrument specifications, contract size, pip or tick value, spread, commission, funding, leverage, margin rules, and execution conditions with your broker or exchange.
Educational content and editorial transparency
TRADEX publishes general educational material to explain trading workflows, risk concepts, and tool limitations. Content may be prepared with AI assistance; it is not represented as individualized financial advice or as reviewed by a licensed financial professional unless a page explicitly says so. Readers should independently verify material facts, instrument specifications, and calculations with their broker or exchange. If you identify an error or unclear statement, contact Support so it can be reviewed.
Market data and freshness
Market information can come from third-party providers and exchange endpoints. Availability, coverage, timestamps, and update frequency may differ by instrument and provider. A displayed price may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or different from the price available in your trading account. Always verify live prices and order details at the venue where you trade.
Alerts and notifications
Price-zone alerts and notifications are monitoring aids. Network delays, browser or device settings, provider outages, rate limits, and market volatility can affect when an alert is delivered or observed. An alert is not an order and does not guarantee execution at the displayed price.
Signals and AI-assisted analysis
Where signal or AI-assisted analysis features are available, treat their output as a research candidate rather than a promise or instruction to trade. AI-generated explanations may be incomplete or incorrect, and market conditions can change quickly. Review the setup, timeframe, entry assumptions, stop-loss, target, and risk-to-reward independently. Published signals should be considered alongside their stated risk disclosures.
Journaling and backtesting
Journal and backtesting results depend on the completeness and accuracy of recorded trades, chosen assumptions, and the method used. Historical or simulated results do not predict future performance. Some workspace settings may be stored in the current browser; clearing browser storage can remove locally stored data. Keep your own records where needed.
Security and account information
Use a unique password and never share passwords, API secrets, authentication codes, or private credentials in notes or support messages. Only connect integrations through the official TRADEX workflow. Review the Privacy Policy for information about account and workspace data.
Corrections and support
If you find a calculation, data display, or product issue, report the instrument, timeframe, approximate time, and steps to reproduce it through TRADEX Support. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets in a report.
